Dear Sir or Madam,

Regrettably the live service is not yet fully operational and will remain intermittent whilst our engineers are working on the problem.

I would like to assure you that our engineers have been working throughout the night in trying to resolve this problem so that we can restore our live service to full strength as soon as possible.

I would also like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue and thank you for your continued patience and support whilst we resolve the ongoing problem.

As is our normal practice a full technical update detailing the nature of the problem and the changes that were made to our live system will be made available to you in due course.

Please note that we are currently experiencing high call volumes and it may be necessary to hold until one of our operators becomes available. We strongly advise you to refer to the monitor page for updates or e-mail your query to support@protx.com so that we can answer your query more efficiently.
