I am pleased to report that the live site is now fully operational and transactions have been authorised at a normal rate since just after 6pm.

Our engineers have successfully installed a new authorisation server in parallel with the existing authorisation server to overcome the difficulties we have experienced over the past two days.

We will continue to closely monitor the system this evening and overnight.

A full technical update of the changes that we have made to our system will be made available to you in due course.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
